Neighborhood Team- Greek Town

                                 

Greek Town 
Hello everyone, 

 My team project with Meriem, Mia, and I chose the Greek Town. First of all, it was a little challenging because we did know anything about this neighborhood. We searched before going to the Greek Town. One of the girls from my group she chose the most important from that neighborhood and then she gave us one of the parts that we had to do for our presentation. When we had everything;  we needed, we decided what day to go there. Secondly, One day we went to the Greek Town after class. I took the blue line-Forest Park until UIC-Halsted. When we got out from the station, we had to walk around five minutes until the Greek Town. One of the girls saw the sign that said “Greek Town” so we said “We arrived in Greek Town, we had to do our work”. We started walking around the neighborhood until we saw a store called Whole Food Markets. After we decided what questions we should ask people, we entered the store. While we were doing our interview, we took pictures and recording everything. When we finished our mini-interview, we left the store. Finally, We went to visit some places from that neighborhood. Meriem and Mia told me that in this neighborhood sell the best coffee and cakes. We went to that Cafe. We bought some cakes from that place and also we took some pictures for our presentation. In conclusion, we had a good time as a group where we could talk and get to know a new neighborhood. We did our best in our presentation.
